All bookings are confirmed in writing and include the following terms and conditions.
To secure your booking, please make a 50% payment via bank transfer to Thomas within 5 days of this agreement. Failure to do so could result in Thomas re-advertising the date and making another booking.
It is preferred that the outstanding balance is paid no later than 7 days prior to the performance date but Thomas is happy to take the balance payment on the day of the event if the client prefers.
Full payment must be made no later than the performance date.

Refunds & Cancellation Charges
If the client decides to cancel or is forced to cancel for any reason, the 50% booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances. A change of date is also considered as a cancellation.
Cancellation more than 60 days before the event will result in no further charges but if the client cancels 60 days or less before the event date the outstanding balance will be due in full.
Cancellation by Thomas
It should reassure you to know that since 2002 when Thomas started performing he has never cancelled a booking or failed to show up for an event he has been booked for. That is somewhere between 500 to 1000 bookings.
In the event that Thomas does have to cancel a booking, he will contact the client immediately and do everything he can to support alternative entertainment through recommendation. A full refund will be given but Thomas cannot be held liable for any extra fees alternative entertainment may charge or be liable for any other fees the client may be subject to externally should he have to cancel.
Cancellation Due To Government Restrictions
In the event of another pandemic & the venue is not allowed to host the event, the outstanding balance of 50% will not be due even if it is less than 60 days before the event. If the outstanding balance of 50% has already been paid it will be refunded in full.
The 50% booking fee which is paid at the time of booking, cannot be refundable even if the venue cannot host the event due to a government restriction. If the government does not allow the venue to host the event and another date is made and you want to book Thomas, the booking fee can be transferred to the new date, only if Thomas is available. If you move the date due to a government restriction and he is not available, the 50% booking cannot be refunded. Also if you decide to not go ahead with another booking or decide you no longer want to book Thomas, the 50% booking fee cannot be refunded.
The Hire Of PA & Music Equipment
The agreed fee includes the hire of Thomas’s PA and music equipment. The client or guests must not attempt to use his equipment, before or during the performance and the client will be liable for any damage caused if this occurs. If you would like to use a microphone for speeches or announcements this must always be done with Thomas present.
